Welcome to Body Ripped Sports Nutrition

MICHELLE JOHNSTON

Picture
Its a fair bet that Michelle Johnson was lean and muscular even before starting to train seriously for bodybuilding.
Looking at her chiselled physique, and you'd expect to to hear of 10 or 15 years of dedicated bodybuilding training. But that isn't the case.
The self confessed 'gym junkie' and fitness fanatic pursued multiple sports prior to bodybuidling, including the very demanding marathon k1 kayaking, and outrigging (canoeing).
In fact the startling truth is that Michelle has been focussing on bodybuilding for little more than a year.
And having collected multiple titles in her first year of training, Michelle has gone on to rack up plenty more in 2013 and 2014.
Future plans? In the words of the lady herself; 'I have had such an enjoyable time competing that it's fair to say that I  am totally dedicated and absorbed by this sport!  I am so passionate about training and nutrition and hope to inspire like minded people where ever I can.'
And did we mention that Michelle is also an over-35 competitor?
Truly Inspirational!
