Whenever we meet new people, and they find out the line of business that we are in, they inevitably often ask us – ‘what have you got to make me lose a few kilos?’ .
Usually we reply, ‘…well, we have this product that will increase your metabolic rate, and another that will reduce your appetite and………etc, etc.’ Of course the problem that always comes up is that when we follow up with dietary advice and suggestions on how to take the supplements, it all gets too confusing for those not already familiar with bodybuilding/toning principles……..

After going through this procedure many times, we decided that we may as well spell the whole thing out on the website for easy reference.

So the next time somebody asks ‘What have you got…..’ , we’ll reply ‘Take these supplements, and check the website for full instructions……

So here it is. A supplement regimen combining 3 of our most popular products into a ‘synergistic fat-loss system’ , with basic dietary guidelines for the non-bodybuilders out there who don’t want a degree in nutritional science, just to lose weight.

This is a very powerful supplement regimen, designed to reduce appetite, increase fat burning, and boost mental and physical energy. It has a ‘ramp’ at the start – as dosages are increased, and a small taper at the end – to ameliorate any drop in energy or rebound in appetite.

Potential fat loss could be 8 kilos over 8 weeks (not water – but genuine fat loss), if the following guidelines are adhered to.

Following the 8 week diet a slight increase in food intake is recommended, and a 3-4 week break from supplements taken (but continue to exercise).

Another 8 week Thermogen cycle can then follow (if required).

BEFORE YOU START .......
  1. Aerobic exercise is highly recommended. The best time is in the morning, and walking briskly on the street or in the park (NOT on a treadmill) is the ideal exercise. 20 minutes is adequate in the morning, but 30-40 would be preferable. In the evening a longer period is required, as the body is burning carbohydrates, and takes 10-20 minutes of exercise before fat burning starts.
    Thermogen will release fatty acids into the blood stream for the muscles to burn. For that reason it is best not to eat fatty or high carb foods after taking it, as this will interfere with the fat-releasing processes.

  2. Diet…calories should be reduced. Protein intake increased slightly, fat consumption reduced.

  3. carbohydrate consumption should also be reduced, but not excessively. Eat low glycemic foods and resist sugars, dried fruit, refined grains, white flour, etc. Doing this will have the added bonus of reducing water retention.

  4. Remember to drink 8 glasses of water daily….this is especially important when taking a diuretic. The diuretic will encourage the kidneys to flush sodium from the body…but needs adequate water to do it. When sodium is returned to normal, the excess water will simply be passed. (Reducing water consumption will actually prevent the diuretic from working.)

  5. Limit dehydrating coffee…….substitute Green Tea, or other herbal teas where possible. Green Tea has the added bonus of reducing carb absorption, and is ideal to sip between bites of a meal.

  6. Do not skip breakfast, even if not hungry. Doing so leads to low energy post-lunch, cravings in the evening, and even affects sleep. A high protein breakfast is recommended – i.e. non-fat, unsweetened yoghurt.

WEEK1

  2. Water Rid tablets
Late Morning (30 minutes before lunch):

1 HydroxyRipp tablet.

Mid Afternoon:

1 Thermogen tablet.

Before Dinner:

1 HydroxyRipp tablet.

WEEK2

Before Breakfast (30 minutes before/ with half a glass of water):

2 Thermogen Tablets.
2 Water Rid tablets

Late Morning (30 minutes before lunch):

2 HydroxyRipp tablets.

Mid Afternoon:

1 Thermogen tablet.

Before Dinner:

2 Hydroxy Ripp tablets.

WEEKS 3-7

Before Breakfast (30 minutes before/ with half a glass of water):

The Cycle -

Note

We used tablets in this cycle as they are convenient, and easy to take with you to work, to the gym, or where-ever.

Those of you who are familiar with our products will know that we have both Thermogen and Hydroxyripp in liquid versions as well as the ever-popular tablets. If your preference is the liquids, simply substitute one 5ml serve of Thermogen liquid where we have stipulated 2 tablets, and half a serve (2.5ml) where we have stated one tablet.

For Hydroxyripp liquid, where we recommend 2 tablets you can substitute one 2.5ml serve of the liquid, and where we recommend 1 simply use half a serve (1.25ml).

One final word…..

So there it is….a schedule that isn’t really too complicated, guaranteed to give results to even the metabolically challenged. Always remember that on the most basic level, losing fat is burning more calories than you eat. Our products will assist you by reducing your appetite, and helping you to burn more by increasing your energy level AND increasing the rate at which your body burns calories even at rest. But you need to make a conscious effort to eat a little less, and exercise a little more to get the best results.
